Dipendenti comunali senza arretrati. Scalia, Snalv, Confsal: “Chiarezza e tempismo, pronti ad attivarci in tutte le sedi. Chiesto confronto da settimane, ma si convoca solo la Triplice”.
“Centinaia di lavoratori del comune di Catania attendono di sapere quando riceveranno i crediti arretrati relativi agli anni 2016/2017/2018. Si tratta di oltre quattro milioni di euro per i quali però, a detta dell’Amministrazione comunale etnea, non è ancora chiaro di chi sia la competenza. La Commissione liquidatrice ha infatti restituito all’Amministrazione la documentazione relativa al credito ‘privilegiato’. Il sindaco Salvo Pogliese ha tuttavia dichiarato, a mezzo stampa, che occorre ancora capire se a pagare sarà la Commissione o il Comune. Chiediamo un incontro chiarificatore da settimane, ma a palazzo degli Elefanti si preferisce incontrare ‘i soliti noti’ del mondo sindacale escludendo la nostra organizzazione e dunque i nostri lavoratori”.
Lo afferma Pippo Scalia, coordinatore responsabile comunale di Snalv, Confsal.
L’incontro con “la triplice”, per di più, non ha portato a risultati concreti. “Ci si è limitati ad annunciare un’interrogazione al ministero dell’Interno e alla Corte dei Conti, incaricati di vigilare sul Comune in dissesto. Un ennesimo rinvio, per evitare di guardare in faccia la realtà”, aggiunge Scalia. “Questa fiera delle vanità, alla quale erano presenti organizzazioni che rappresentano meno lavoratori di Snalv, Confsal, rimane fine a se stessa. Chiediamo al sindaco Pogliese di fare subito chiarezza sui modi e i tempi necessari per chiudere questa vertenza. Non basta sedersi ai tavoli per risolvere i problemi dei lavoratori. Noi siamo pronti ad attivarci in tutte le sedi per fare in modo che i loro diritti vengano rispettati”, conclude Scalia.
