La definiscono “una Cassa Forense iniqua e non trasparente“. Sono il gruppo “Avvocati Liberi”, il cui principale portavoce è il noto penalista etneo Goffredo D’antona. Pochi mesi fa D’Antona con un nutrito gruppo di legali etnei ha lanciato un boicottaggio del versamento delle quote annuali alla Cassa, estremamente esose soprattutto per gli avvocati neo-abilitati, coinvolgendo migliaia di colleghi in tutta Italia. Domani alle 8.45 i legali etnei avvieranno un flash-mob silenzioso davanti al Tribunale per rilanciare la protesta.
“L’Avvocatura libera sta morendo colpita da una Cassa Forense iniqua e non trasparente , da un aggiornamento professionale che passa attraverso quell’abomino denominato crediti formativi, da adempimenti inutili ai quali gli Avvocati sono sottoposti, dai regali che sono costretti a fare all’assicurazione. Noi difendiamo la nostra funzione Costituzionale dicendo no a tutto questo. Gli Avvocati devono essere Liberi.
Per questo domani 8 giugno 2017 ore 08.45 gli Avvocati Liberisi incontreranno per alcuni minuti all’ingresso del Tribunale di Catania ed in silenzio stretti nella loro toga manifesteranno ricordando il loro ruolo la loro funzione.
Da alcuni mesi gli avvocati sono in agitazione attraverso petizioni manifestazioni e disobbedienza civile.
Rivogliamo la nostra Libertà, non vogliamo morire stretti da un sistema machiavellico a favore di pochi.
L’8 giugno a Catania chiederemo dignità e libertà. Domani a Catania poi a Genova a Reggio a Pescara Roma ovunque Ci sarà la voglia di dire basta. Lo dobbiamo fare per noi, per i nostri genitori , per i giovani avvocati.
